Our recommendations
A crisp cube on the ceiling
Looking for compact, graphic ceiling lighting? This ceiling light forms a steel cube 14 x 14 cm and 11 cm high. Its underside contrasts with the sides: a black face on the white version, a white face on the black version.
Fitted alone in a hallway, or lined up in a row along a corridor or above a worktop, it traces a regular line across the ceiling. Its minimalist style suits a modern kitchen, a hallway or an understated bedroom.
A beam directed downwards
The spotlight is recessed into the underside of the cube and directs the light downwards. It precisely lights a worktop, a table or a passageway, without glare to the side.
It takes a GU10 bulb, not included: up to 10 W in LED, or 40 W in a traditional bulb. A neutral white LED suits a kitchen, while a warm white suits a bedroom. To light a large room, several ceiling lights in a row spread the light better than a single central point.
Painted steel, ceiling-mounted
The ceiling light is made of two-tone painted steel. It weighs 0.75 kg, is made in Poland and comes with a 5-year warranty. Its simple shape dusts clean with a dry cloth.
It's fixed directly to the ceiling as a surface-mounted fitting and runs on 230 V with an earth connection (Class I). Its IP20 rating means it's suited to dry rooms only. It's shipped from our warehouse in Poland, with free tracked delivery from €65 and backed by a 5-year warranty.
